Agilyx Corporation, the industry leader in waste plastic to oil conversion technology, today announced the election of four new members to its Board of Directors.
The company announced the appointment of the following new Board members:
Graeme Burnett, Senior Vice President of Fuel Supply for Delta Air Lines and Chairman of Delta’s refinery subsidiary Monroe Energy. Mr. Burnett has previously served in executive level management positions in the refining industry, including CEO of Total Petrochemicals & Refining USA;
Joe Hudson, Founder and Managing Director of One Earth Capital, a venture capital firm that invests in environmentally sustainable technologies. Mr. Hudson has advised a diverse array of organizations, including Barclays Global Investors, Wells Fargo Bank and the Walton family;
Alfred Lam, of Chrysalix Energy Ventures, a technology innovator and published author in chemical and electrochemical engineering. Mr. Lam previously served as a Strategic Analyst and Research Associate at the Clean Energy Research Centre at the University of British Columbia, and;
Peter Norris, Chairman of Virgin Group Holdings Limited, a multinational venture capital firm with holdings in a wide range of interests. Mr. Norris has held executive level positions in the investment banking industry, spanning over thirty-seven years.
The newly announced appointments increase the Agilyx Board of Directors slate to nine members. Incumbent Board members include: Ross M. Patten, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Agilyx Corporation; Ranjeet Bhatia, co-founder of Saffron Hill Ventures; Amol Deshpande, of Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers; Ram Narula of Narula Energy and Environment Consultants and former Chief Technology Officer of Bechtel Power, and; Bob Simpson, retired Chief Financial Officer of Waste Management.
