Reference is made to the notice from the Annual General Meeting on 12 May 2022 regarding the approval by shareholders at the AGM to, inter alia, change the company's name from Agilyx AS to Agilyx ASA.

The new name is now registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
