We welcome the community to drop-off their polystyrene waste at our Tigard, Oregon facility. Our drop-off location is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please read through these frequently asked questions to determine if your plastic waste can be accepted at our facility.
What materials will be accepted at the site?
At this time, we are only accepting polystyrene waste. If you’re unsure whether or not your waste plastic is polystyrene, just look for a #6 or PS near the item’s recycling symbol. Be sure to remove any tape that may be stuck to the item prior to drop-off.
What materials cannot be accepted?
We cannot accept plastic waste other than polystyrene. We also cannot accept polystyrene that has been treated with fire retardants or that has tape attached to it.
When can materials be dropped off?
Our drop-off location is available to the public 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Where is the drop-off located?
We are located at 13240 SW Wall St., Tigard, OR. When you arrive, follow the green signs to the back of the building where you will find the drop-off area.
