Chemical Process Engineer, Tigard, OR

Reporting directly to our Director of Engineering, your primary objective will be to assist in the design, review, validation, and implementation of thermal/chemical polymer recycling systems that safely, reliably and efficiently process a variety of discarded polymer-based feedstocks into valuable products in complete compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations. In this role, you will:

  • Design and develop process systems for the Agilyx process, utilizing good engineering practices.   
  • Assist in the development of experiments, evaluating results and implement in future designs 
  • Support the execution of projects through each phase from feasibility study to commissioning and plant operation 
  • Support optimization efforts to include process data review and solutions development 
  • Support construction, commissioning, performance testing, and troubleshooting efforts at deployed facilities. 

In preparation to take on this role you will:

  • Have a BS in a Chemical Engineering related discipline from an accredited university or a BS in other engineering disciplines with chemical process experience. 
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in developing and deploying chemical process systems. 
  • Be proficient with PC-based software tools, such as the MS-Office® suite and process engineering software such as ChemCAD. 
  • Demonstrate proficiency in root cause analysis, time/project management, and adaptability to changing priorities. 
  • Demonstrate a system thinking approach 



Paralegal, Portsmouth, NH

Reporting directly to the CFO, your primary responsibility will be as the administrator of the legal functions of the company. Your duties include:

  • Maintaining the legal document filing system
  • Drafting contracts using templates,
  • Coordinating work being done by our outside counsel
  • Providing support to acctg/finance, biz dev, HR, and engineering


In preparation to take on this role you will:

  • Have at least an AS in Paralegal Studies
  • Have at least 5 years of experience with corporate contracts
  • Be proficient with PC-based software tools, such as the MS-Office® suite



Plant Manager, Tigard, OR

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations, your main focus will be ensuring the maximum production of a chemical recycling facility, in terms of both quantity and quality, in a safe and efficient way.  In this role, you will:

  • Ensure the plant meets the safety, operational, and financial goals of the business.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the plant, maintenance, shipping, receiving, and quality control.
  • Be responsible for personnel management, including discipline, performance reviews, goal setting/career development

In preparation to take on this role you will:

  • Have a history of being a hands-on, knowledgeable, highly responsive team player who is a self-starter, resourceful, and brings creativity and strong interpersonal skills to the organization.
  • At least 5 years as a Plant Manager of a relevant production facility (one that is PSM regulated would be ideal)
  • A Bachelors degree in a relevant area of study
  • A track record of equipment optimization and systematic process flow improvements
  • Plan, schedule, oversee implementation, and commission plant improvements with equipment vendors, contractors, and the plant operations team


Lab Assistant, Tigard, OR

Reporting directly to the lab and R&D manager, your main focus will be to assist in day to day activities and project-based work. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving, labeling, cataloging, and analyzing samples (various polymers)
  • Executing laboratory testing according to standard procedures
  • Operating FTIR and/or XRF instrumentation
  • Data entry
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workspace

In preparation to take on this role you will:

  • A history of previous lab experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite (especially Excel) and database systems
  • A Bachelor’s degree preferred, work may substitute for degree
  • Detail-oriented, impeccable personal and professional ethics
